What should I wear?

What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask you to arrive at the wedding hall by 9:00 To welcome you, a selection of Tamil appetisers, along with warm and cold beverages, will be available at the entrance upon arrival.

Where should I park?
There is a parking lot available at the wedding hall. If it fills up, you may also park along the road nearbyboth options are free of charge.

Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited seating and capacity at the venue, we’re only able to accommodate a set number of guests. On your RSVP invitation, you’ll see how many spots have been reserved for your household based on what we know. If that number seems incorrect or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Will the ceremony be livestreamed?
Yes, for those who are unable to attend in person, we will be livestreaming the ceremony so you can still be part of our special day from wherever you are.

What language will the ceremony be in?
The ceremony will primarily be conducted mainly in Sanskrit, following traditional Hindu customs. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with the language — the ceremony is rich in visual symbolism, and you’ll still be able to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of the rituals.

Will there be photos or a photographer?
Yes, we have arranged for a professional photographer and videographer to capture the special moments throughout the day. Feel free to take your own pictures too — we’d love to see them! Please tag us if you share them online.

Is there assigned seating?
There won’t be strictly assigned seating, so feel free to sit wherever you’re comfortable, but there will be areas reserved for close family.

How long will the ceremony last?
The main wedding ceremony is expected to last around 2.5 to 3 hours. Afterwards, a traditional Tamil lunch will be served, followed by some time to mingle and enjoy the atmosphere.

The event is expected to conclude by around 14:00, so you’re welcome to stay for the full celebration or leave earlier if needed — whatever works best for you.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the wedding hall is wheelchair accessible, including the main entrance and restrooms. If you need any special assistance, please let us know in advance — we’d be more than happy to help.

Will I be able to see the rituals from where I’m seated?
Yes! To ensure everyone has a good view of the ceremony, there will be large projectors displaying a live feed of the couple and the rituals as they happen. Whether you’re seated near the front or further back, you’ll be able to follow along and enjoy the full experience.

Will there be loud music?
Yes, there will be live traditional Tamil and Hindu music played throughout the ceremony. Skilled musicians will be performing ceremonial and cultural songs that are an important part of the wedding traditions.

Please note that the musicians will be seated in a designated area, and the nearby seating will be marked to indicate that the music in that section may be louder. If you prefer a quieter spot, feel free to choose seating further from the music area.
